How do I use NIOD Myrrh Clay?
Use once a week on clean, dry skin. Apply a thin layer to the entire face. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin. Patch testing prior to use is advised. Keep out of reach of children.

I'd say this is a good mask overall. It doesn't deliver any dramatic results in my opinion but it makes your skin brighter, a tiny bit firmer and it's cleansing...
