I had such high hopes for this as the reviews that I had read were amazing. However, after a month of using this, it made my skin react and break out. My skin texture was really rough. I was really surprised because I have never reacted to a collagen supplement before. For reference I had not changed any other contributing factors like my skincare and as soon as I stopped using this, my skin started to improve.

I still am unsure about the efficacy of collagen absorption of a product if this nature - I'll probably never know. But, I am loving this fall flavour so much. I'm always looking for those maple cinnamon flavours which can be difficult to find in the southern hemisphere.

This is the first of its type I have used. I've been using it for about a month and have found some benefits and hope to see my hair and nails improve. I haven't given it 5 stars as I've found I have to blend it to mix it.
