I mixed 4 drops of this with moisturiser a couple & put it in my face/beck/dec two hours before bed (so it dried/soaked in before bed & wouldnt rub off on pillow). Woke up with a lovely natural golden glow. The light to medium is great, subtle but still definitely makes a difference. I wear sunscreen on my face every day (the main thing you can do to help your skin age well) so this gives a glow to my pale skin in a safe way & evens out imperfections. No irritation from it at all & glad it's all natural.
