- Angle pen so 4-tip applicator is parallel to your brow (horizontally)
- Draw small, hair-like strokes starting from the base of the brow and flicking upwards
- Fill in brow until desired look is achieved
- TIP: Can also be used as eyeliner by dragging horizontally across lash line
