MODELROCK Uptown Arch Brow Pencil has a water-resistant and smudge-proof formula that provides up to 10 hours of wear. Each pencil is infused with Vitamins C & E as well as Panthenol, to nourish, condition and soften brows.
Use pencil end to define, shape and fill brows with light, hair-like strokes. Brush through with spoolie to blend.
