This treatment is designed to be used on clean, damp hair. Wash your hair, then squeeze out as much water as you can before working the treatment through from root to tip. Let it sit for a few minutes - longer will provide a stronger toning effect - and rinse. Use weekly, or more frequently if your hair is really brassy.
