A.Hi Noelle, Thank you for your enquiry! As this product has been created to be safe enough to use on colour treated hair this can be used regularly, however, as this is a deep cleansing shampoo you I generally, recommend using this no more than 2-3 times a week. Kind Regards, Olivia
