A.Hi there, This product is recommended to be used 2 - 4 times a week, at night, on freshly washed skin. If this is your first time using a Vitamin A product, you will need to work up to it - start with once a week for the first two weeks, then increase usage from there. If you find you feel dry or tight after application, pop a moisturiser on top, and then go to bed. - Q.
