Who are Carriere Freres?

Starting their journey into candle creation in 1884, the Carrière brothers decided to transform the candle, which at the time was considered a practical light source for the evenings, into something that could complete the home.

Winning a gold medal for their invention at the Universal Exposition of 1889 held in Paris, Carriere Freres set out to modernise candles.
