Is this serum used before moisturiser? Or instead of moisturiser?

A.Hi Vicki, Thanks for reaching out! I would recommend using this prior to a moisturiser. If your skin is extremely oily and congested, you could skip applying a moisturiser afterwards, however for most skin types it is not recommended as a replacement. If you need a lightweight moisturiser, I'd highly recommend the Aspect Sheer Hydration for oily skin types: https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/aspect/aspect-sheer-hydration.html
