How to use the ashaya In-Flow Period & PMS Relief:
Mix one scoop (4 g) once or twice daily into water, juice or a smoothie and consume immediately. In the week before your period or when experiencing more frequent symptoms, we recommend taking it twice daily.Some herbs that are commonly used to ease PMS symptoms are recommended to be taken short-term. Our herbs have been mindfully selected for continuous daily use.

Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) ext. 333.3 mg equiv. to dry flower 2 g. Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) ext. 300 mg equiv. to dry leaf 3 g. Piper nigrum (Black pepper) fruit ext. 20 mg equiv. to dry fruit 410 mg. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) (as hydrochloride) 16 mg. Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) ext. 240 mg equiv. to dry root 3 g. Zinc (as glycinate) 5 mg.

If blood appears in the urine see you doctor immediately. If fluid retention persists, see your doctor.
