What are the benefits of using Alpha-H Clear Skin Tonic?
This multi-targeting tonic decongests pores, clears blemishes and excess sebum, strengthens the skin microbiome, and improves the appearance of acne scarring. It also possesses antibacterial properties to help prevent future breakouts.
Who is Alpha-H Clear Skin Tonic best suited for?
This tonic is ideal for individuals with oily, acne-prone, or blackhead-prone skin. It's a gentler alternative to Alpha-H Liquid Gold, making it more suitable for combination and oily skin types.
How does Alpha-H Clear Skin Tonic differ from other BHA products?
The high concentration of 2% salicylic acid provides effective oil-soluble exfoliation. Unique ingredients like SeboClear MP balance the skin microbiome and inhibit acne-causing bacteria, while licorice extract targets pigmentation and scarring. The formula also includes a blend of soothing and healing botanicals.
How do I use Alpha-H Clear Skin Tonic?
After cleansing, apply a few drops to a cotton pad and sweep across your face, neck, and décolletage (avoiding eyes and lips). You can also apply directly to the skin. Follow with moisturiser and always use sunscreen during the day.
Can I use Alpha-H Clear Skin Tonic on my body?
Yes, Alpha-H Clear Skin Tonic can be used on both the face and body. It's particularly beneficial for areas prone to breakouts or excess oil.
What are the key ingredients in Alpha-H Clear Skin Tonic?
Key ingredients include 2% Salicylic Acid (BHA), SeboClear MP, licorice extract, and a blend of tea tree, eucalyptus, and thyme oils for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits. Other ingredients like chamomile, cucumber, and arnica soothe and reduce redness. A full ingredient list is available on the product page.
Is Alpha-H Clear Skin Tonic suitable for sensitive skin?
While generally well-tolerated, some users with sensitive skin may experience a slight tingling sensation. It's recommended to start with less frequent use (e.g., 2-3 times a week) and gradually increase as tolerated.
