Is this OK to use while breastfeeding?

A.Hi Jacqui, Unfortunately this serum does contain Retinol/Vitamin A which is best to avoid when pregnant or breastfeeding.In cases like this we always recommend checking with your doctor before starting any new active skincare. :) - Q.
Just wondering how many nights a week i should use the R B and C series?

A.Hi there! Thanks for getting in touch. The asap Super A+ Serum Apply should be used sparingly in the evening, once or twice weekly. You can start using it daily as your skin builds tolerance, or stick to alternate-day use. You can combine the B complex and super A+ serum.
