Hands Down, This New Signature Scent Is the Sexiest Perfume I’ve Ever Worn

A few weekends back, my partner was on a night out.
He was minding his own business, sipping an Old Fashioned at the bar, when the complete stranger sitting on the next bar stool over turned and cleared his throat.
"I just have to ask, you smell amazing. What is that smell?"
"It's who is elijah," Sam replied matter-of-factly, like the well-informed beauty editor's boyfriend he is.

Who is elijah is an Aussie fragrance brand that specialises in small batch, hand-bottled, vegan and cruelty-free unisex fragrances made with ethically-conscious ingredients.
If the name sounds familiar, it's probably because their original signature scent who is elijah HIS | HER 100ML sold out several times when the brand first launched on Adore Beauty.

Then I got a whiff of the brand's newest scent who is elijah NIGHTCAP EDP 100mL and now me, my partner and that stranger at the bar can't get enough.
Fragrances are hard to describe, but keep scrolling to read my best attempt at explaining why who is elijah Nightcap is the sexiest scent I've ever worn.
What is who is elijah Nightcap?
who is elijah NIGHTCAP EDP 50mL is the latest fragrance in the who is elijah perfume family.
Woody, earthy and leathery, the brand describes it as being a perfume for "the ones who live life to the fullest with no regrets."
The combination of head notes (what you smell first), heart notes (what you smell after 20-60 minutes) and base notes (what you smell hours later) makes this fragrance the perfect balance of bold, adventurous and mysterious, with just a hint of 90s grunge.
- Head notes: Pear, cardamon, violet leaf.
- Heart notes: Orris root, cypress, West Indian sandalwood.
- Base notes: Blonde cedar, Mysore sandalwood, Madagascar vetiver.
My who is elijah Nightcap Review.
Anyone who's read my who is elijah His Her review will know just how much I love that fragrance.
The fact Nightcap has temporarily replaced it as my winter signature scent is an achievement.
Where His Her is fresh and spicy, Nightcap is woody and sprinkled with smoke, leather and a touch of something sweet.
Like all who is elijah perfumes, a few spritzes of the eau de parfum (EDP) formula will last on the skin for hours.
It's also unisex and smells a little bit different on everyone.
I can neither confirm nor deny whether it lives up to the "your lover will want to rip your clothes off, just to be closer to your skin" claim on the who is elijah website.
But there is something ~intimate~ about sharing a fragrance with your partner.
Especially when you're elbowing each other out of the way so you can spit your toothpaste into the basin while getting ready for work in the morning.
In the words of one Lady Gaga, Nightcap is show-stopping. Spectacular. Never the same. Totally unique. Completely not ever been done before.
So watch out, world.
If you see me throwing caution to the wind and doing something dangerous - like wearing pants with no stretch to a bottomless brunch - I'm probably wearing Nightcap.
