My Nuxe Body Oils Review.
First let me start with the NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil which I had never used before.
While I will always choose glowy, luminous skin, here's what I'll say after trying the non-glowy version: it still has the gorgeous, signature NUXE scent (warm, floral, and unmistakably luxe) and gives that smooth-skin finish (just sans the luminosity).
If fragrance isn’t your thing, fair warning: this is not for the scent-shy.
I’m a huge scent person so I loved it and felt like I didn't even need to add perfume that day either - win.
I also applied this on a gloomy Sydney day that was a bit cooler and was wearing a short sleeve top so still wanted some nourishment and the oil did just that.
Now, the STAR - my beloved NUXE body shimmer oil...
My favourite way to apply it is on my shoulders and decolletage when I'm going out or in winter when my skin is looking dull and ashy. Lacklustre winter skin? Don't know her.
In summer, it’s a STAPLE. I apply it every time I leave the house, I’ll even lightly dab some on the highpoints of my cheeks for some added glow.
The reason I love this glowy body oil in summer is because whenever the sunlight catches my skin, the subtle shimmer particles make my skin look stunning and illuminated.
Like this night I applied it on my arms and decolletage and while it's hard to tell from the picture, IRL it looked like golden hour was literally radiating from my skin:
