My TIRTIR Cushion Foundation Review:
I have to say, I was shocked when I first applied the TIRTIR Mask Fit Red Cushion. I'm typically someone who prefers a lighter, more sheer coverage, but this foundation gave me full coverage from the get-go, which I wasn’t expecting.
I loved using a brush to apply it instead of the applicator.
It blended effortlessly, and the shade 24W Soft Beige matched my skin tone perfectly. I was really impressed with how seamless it looked, especially because finding the right shade can sometimes be tricky.
On my skin, it did come out a bit more matte compared to how it looked on others, but honestly, since summer is well and truely here, I don’t mind that at all.
What really has me obsessed, though, is how long-wearing it is. Definitely worth the hype.

"I very stupidly did not take a selfie when I first applied what I think what might be one of my new favourite foundations.
I wasn't expecting a lot from this viral foundation and truthfully, haven't tried a cushion foundation since the '90s (and let's just say, that wasn't a very good time).
However I was immediately impressed by the 40 shades range as this sadly isn't very common in K-Beauty makeup, so was delighted that us brown skin folk were catered to as well.
I used my finger to swatch the first application on my skin, but friends let me tell you - that little cushion applicator is made for a reason. The way it bounces the product into the skin is seamless.
After trying it for a Five People Try video (watch this space) I instantly fell in love.
The finish! MY GOD THE FINISH.
The satin, full coverage finish is so gorgeous and it masked and blurred by spots but didn't feel heavy on the skin.

The shade match (31N 'French Beige') was also the perrrrfecttt match for my skin tone.

"This cushion foundation offers fuller coverage than the Korean formulas I typically use, so a little goes a long way.
I just tap a bit onto the back of my hand before applying for a flawless finish. I have eczema on certain parts of my face, although it didn't irritate my skin, some areas did feel a little dry when applying, as you can see under my chin.
The foundation also stayed for the whole night, and it looked even better once it "marinated" into my skin."
