My love for
Huda Beauty makeup products is no secret.
Their
Huda Beauty Cheeky Tint Blush Stick is my favourite, ride-or-die blush - I wear it pretty much every time I do my makeup (including in the image above).
And my current obsession?
The famous
Huda Beauty Easy Bake Loose Powder which I’ve only just started using in the last few months (I know, I was shamefully late to the game on this one)
for setting my concealer and I think is one of the best undereye setting powders for keeping hectic creasage at bay.
Then there’s the Huda Beauty eyeshadow palettes, each more gorgeous than the last.
In fact, if you're looking for the perfect party season eyeshadow palette, I highly recommend the Huda Beauty Pretty Grunge Palette.
With an array stunning 'evening glam' shades, I coerced my makeup artist bestie to create a playful, party glam, smoky eye look on me which you can
check out here.
So it should come as an absolute surprise to no one that I was eager to get my hands on the Huda Beauty Easy Blur foundation I’ve been seeing all over TikTok thanks to its skin-blurring powers.
And because Huda Beauty’s commitment to authentic inclusivity is what makes it one of my favourite makeup brands, I enlisted a few of my colleagues with different skin tones to try the lightweight foundation with me too.

Oily skin pals, if you're looking for a lightweight summer foundation that controls shine but doesn't leave skin looking too matte - this is for you.
My perpetually oily T-zone happily absorbed the matte-satin finish of this Huda Beauty foundation.
A true game-changer for anyone battling that midday glow (and not the good kind).
While I’ll still be reaching for my heavier formula foundations on days I need extra coverage, Easy Blur did an impressive job of softly diffusing my dark spots while still letting my natural skin shine through.
Watch it in real time here:
Just enough polish without masking your glow!
Its breathable formula meant it was perfect for daywear and the longevity gets a big tick of approval from me as well.
My base stayed on from about 10 O’clock in the morning until cleansing time in the PM.
It’s also humidity-proof (just in time for Sydney summer IYKYK).
I wore this in peak humidity the first try, even walked my dog UPHILL and not only did my face not feel like it had too much on, nothing melted off.
Now that's what I call staying power.
I actually stopped to take a selfie at the top of the hill while my Cavoodle was on her pee break (true story) because I was genuinely impressed:

I’m not surprised though, because if there’s one thing Huda Beauty knows how to do - it’s long-lasting formulas.

"I've been so excited to try the Huda Beauty Easy Blur Foundation ever since I saw the launch online.
Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of
Huda Beauty's products, I'm a fan of them all.
A serum-like foundation is exactly my vibe, and after seeing it all over my feed, I knew I had to try it.
The airbrushed finish really sold me!
The formula is lightweight, and the first layer provides a coverage somewhere between light and medium, but its absolutely buildable.
It's super easy to buff in and layer for a flawless look, and it looks amazing in photos.
As someone who’s always smiling, I did notice a tiny bit of creasing around my smile lines, but overall, the coverage and finish held up really well throughout the day, even in Melbourne’s recent heat.
I’m honestly obsessed with how it looks, especially in photos. Highly recommend!"

"I’m yet to meet a Huda Beauty product I don’t love.
Seriously, they manage to create formulas that just work—every. single. time. The Easy Blur Foundation is no exception.
Despite its lightweight texture, this foundation does what it says on the tin, delivering a flawless, airbrushed finish that blurs imperfections like a retouching tool.
And it does all this without feeling heavy or looking cakey. Actually, you can barely feel it at all.
Application is easy. Whether you’re team sponge or team brush, this formula melts into the skin seamlessly and doesn't cling to lines or dry patches.
I also love the inclusion of a sample of the
Easy Blur Silicon-Free Smoothing Primer.
It pairs beautifully with the foundation to enhance its performance and velvety finish. (Which reminds me, I must add the full-size primer to cart asap.)
Another standout feature? It’s buildable.
Whether you’re going for a soft, everyday look or full-glam, you can customise the coverage to suit accordingly.
With event season just around the corner, I know this foundation is going to be my go-to.
Paired with the primer, it’s practically party-proof.
Final verdict: If you’re looking for a lightweight, versatile base that makes your skin look airbrushed IRL, this is one to try.

"I’ve been a fan of Huda Beauty for almost a decade, especially her
complexion products, so my expectations for the Easy Blur Foundation were sky-high. And it didn’t disappoint!
True to its name, this foundation evens out my skin tone while delivering a soft-focus, blurred effect.
I love its buildable formula; even with medium coverage, it does most of the heavy lifting.
For areas like my freckles and scars, a touch more coverage was needed, but it’s absolutely worth it for the natural glow and flawless finish.
Plus, with its all-day staying power, I never have to worry about touch-ups!
The only small caveat, this shade was a bit too warm for my skin's undertone, so I next time, I would instead try a shade with a more neutral undertone."
Is Easy Blur Worth It?
If you have an oilier skin type and want a breathable base that still makes your complexion look radiant - then it's defnitely worth trying - it might just be your new fave foundation!
