The Sexiest ‘Hot Man’ Fragrances to Gift That Special Someone In Your Life

As part of my job, I get to spritz and smell all kinds of fragrances - and on this journey, I have pinpointed a few standouts that would win any potential suitors some serious brownie points in my book.
So whether you are a sexy man or you simply want to smell like a sexy man, I’ve sniffed and swooned my way through some scents for you to achieve just that.
1. Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Nightvision EDT.
A scent that is: Spicy and sexy.
Ideal for: An evening or date night.
Notes:
- Black spices.
- Clary sage.
- Fir balsam.
- Lemon essence.

Viktor and Rolf Spicebomb collection is a classic in men’s fragrances.
'Night Vision' is my pick of the litter as the sexiest scent.
The classic Spice Bomb notes appear at first and then linger and blend into the skin and warm into a woody accord.
This is the perfect masculine evening scent and will be sure to add some spice to date night.
2. Yves Saint Laurent MYSLF.
A scent that is: Suited-up and sexy.
Ideal for: An all-day sexy signature scent for a confident man.
Notes:
- Head: Calabrian bergamot and vert de bergamot.
- Heart: Orange blossom absolute.
- Base: Woods, Indonesian patchouli and ambrofix.

This fragrance was love at first spritz for me - it’s unlike anything else I’ve smelled, making it deliciously memorable and very sexy.
Although this is more Pour Homme (French for 'For men') leaning - a few of us fragrance nerds at Adore wear this scent as a unisex option as it makes you, to quote a colleague, "Smell like you’ve been hanging out with a sexy man".
This is the perfect day-to-night scent for those who want to smell subtly sexy and mysterious around the clock.
3. Goldfield & Banks Bohemian Lime.
A scent that is: Citrus-kissed and sexy.
Ideal for: A special occasion that's relived with every spritz that follows.
Notes:
- Australian finger lime.
- Coriander.
- Haitian vetiver.
- Cedarwood.
- Australian sandalwood.
"This scent is an ode to the tropical paradise of Byron Bay, an effervescent blend of native citrus and aromatic woods."
This fragrance took the Adore office by storm in 2023, with many of us purchasing it for the men in our lives.
(I know two grooms who chose this to wear on their wedding day!)

4. Valentino Uomo Born In Roma Yellow Dream EDT.
A scent that is: Summery and sexy.
Ideal for: A go-to daily scent for summer and travel.
Notes:
- Head: Juicy Italian mandarin and zesty pineapple.
- Heart: Spicy gingerbread accord.
- Base: Textured pure vanilla and cedarwood.

This cologne is a summer holiday in a bottle and like all of Valentino's fragrances, it transports the wearer to Rome.
Don’t be fooled by the fruity notes - although this has a sweetness to it, the woods and spice of the gingerbread and cedarwood bloom through on the skin making it a cocktail of sexy masculine notes.
This would be well paired with a summer holiday (in Italy or just your local spot) and for the man who wants to smell worldly and carefree.
5. CALVIN KLEIN CK Defy EDP.
A scent that is: Suave and sexy.
Ideal for: Your first cologne - classic, masculine and sexy.
Notes:
- Head: Mandarin oil and black pepper.
- Heart: Saffiano leather and suede.
- Bottom: Haitian vetiver.

CK has had a long-running cool factor and sex appeal (Hello, those nineties Mark Wahlberg ads) - and this fragrance might just be the perfect first scent to gift someone who wants to start their sexy fragrance wardrobe.
