Honestly unsure. I don't like the taste enough to drink it daily to get the full benefit. Imo better off buying a big tub of collagen powder and mixing it into any drink you know you like.

I'm into my second bag of these. I'm not sure if there's a difference in my skin yet. If there is I'm not noticing. The taste was very strong at first. I now put it in a litre of water, at least I'm now drinking more water. I'll definitely give it a few more months.
