I recently had my hair bleached and dyed red, which left my hair feeling like straw. When I wash it it'll get sticky and hard as if I put glue in it. So I had to get a gentle hydrating non-stripping shapoo, which I'm glad to say this is. If you're hair is oily you probably won't like it as it's very gentle, but if you fried your hair, this is a very gentle option which will mot overstrip it.
