I have thin oily hair and I find shampooing with this twice provides a really thorough clean and leaves my hair clean for a few days. I think it leaves my hair slightly fuller. However, it isn't listed on any of the product descriptions but this shampoo has a SUNBURN ALERT - makes scalps more sensitive to the sun and states to limit sun exposure for a week after using this product - which seems impossible in an Australian summer if you use it as your regular shampoo. If I had known this before buying I would not have purchased
