How to use the Elvie Trainer

The Elvie trainer is simple and easy to use. The small, smooth and comfortable design also comes with an optional cover for customisable sizing. Firstly, ensure your Elvie Trainer is charged and that you have the Elvie app downloaded on your phone. Then, connect the device to the phones app and follow the instructions from there.

Can you use the Elvie Trainer while pregnant?

You can use Elvie Trainer during pregnancy as long as you do not have any complications. Every pregnancy is unique so if you are unsure please consult your health professional before use. Your LV score might fluctuate, particularly during the third trimester - this is totally normal and to be expected. You should wait until six weeks after giving birth before beginning to use Elvie Trainer again.
